Concrete sinks, fireplace surrounds, and tables are all great choices where concrete as a medium becomes artistically expressive.   Coloring combinations can show warmth and movement in a piece unlike no other material, and varying degrees of aggregate exposure may be the anchor to a particle design scheme.  
Integral bowls in vanity tops or vessel sinks are cast from a vision into form creating timeless functional fixtures.   They are gaining popularity and may be conventional in shape or totally unique in design.  
Fireplace surrounds for indoors or fire rings for outdoors can be made to exude warmth in their design beyond the actual fire, with the use of concrete.  They may be classic modern or old world rustic or anywhere in between.  Large wall panels, or simple levitating hearths.  
Tables, planters, and other 3 dimensional pieces are ideas where you truly discover the beautiful possibilities of concrete as a functional art.
